Coffee shops serve drinks in single-use plastic cups, often made of a clear PET, a highly desirable recyclable material. Currently, there is no convenient way to recycle plastic cups at coffee shops without beverage residue contaminating the recycling. reCUPerate is the solution: a plastic cup cleaning and collection system that mitigates contamination at the source.
